Rahul Kamra is a Nutrition and Health Coach and Founder of KETORETS. He works actively towards spreading awareness about a healthy lifestyle with a focus on mindful eating, body positivity, an empathetic approach and detailed understanding to enable easy access to a sustainable lifestyle.
Through his brand ‘Ketorets’, he prescribes diet plans backed by science, research and personal experience for an overall healthy lifestyle. He also specialises in making tailor-made nutrition plans for people with diabetes, PCOS and anxiety.
