Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman is India’s current Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs, serving as a pivotal figure in shaping the nation’s economic and fiscal policies. She is the first full-time female Finance Minister of India, bringing a wealth of experience to the role with her background in economics, international relations, and public service. Prior to this role, she served as the Minister of Defence, making her the second woman after Indira Gandhi to hold this prestigious position, where she played a significant role in enhancing India’s defense capabilities and advocating for indigenous defense production. Known for her sharp intellect and decisive approach, Sitharaman is widely respected for her contributions to India’s fiscal policy reforms and economic development.

An alumna of Jawaharlal Nehru University and London School of Economics, Sitharaman has worked across various sectors, including academia and international trade, before entering politics. Her contributions have been critical in advancing initiatives such as the Goods and Services Tax (GST), Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India), and other policy reforms aimed at driving economic growth. 1. Registration Confirmation: Completing the registration form signifies your interest in attending the event. Please note, however, that registration alone does not guarantee a seat at the venue.

2. Limited Seating: Due to venue capacity constraints, seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registered participants selected for in-person attendance will be notified by our team and receive a confirmation email with an e-pass.

3. Online Access: Those who are not selected for in-person attendance can still watch the event via live stream. A link to the live stream will be provided in your email before the event.

4. Confirmation Process: Our team will contact selected participants via phone to confirm attendance. After phone confirmation, participants will receive an e-pass containing event details, terms and conditions, and other essential information.

5. Arrival and Dress Code: Selected attendees are requested to arrive at the venue by 8:30 AM on the day of the event. Please adhere to the specified dress code, which will be shared in the e-pass email.

6. E-Pass Requirement: Only those with an official e-pass will be permitted entry to the venue.
