Report on Re-inventing yourself

Dear Learners of JAIN Online, in this session we were able to look back on our past to inform our present, and create a better future by re-inventing ourselves.

"The tools we use shape the way we work and they have become a cornerstone of corporate productivity and efficiency. They serve as a gateway to increased efficiency, improved communication, and enhanced collaboration."

The session commenced by Ms Seema Vikas Gadiya giving a warm welcome to all the participants. She then announced about the upcoming offline event i.e., A step in to the future of business which is happening at T-hub, Hyderabad. She also introduced the guest speaker for the evening Mr Aravind Warrier.

Aravind Warrier is a strategic Human Resource Business Partner to C-suite Leaders with 17 plus years of experience in executing people strategy. A change catalyst with proven expertise in translating business objectives into effective HR strategies and driving its implementation, thereby creating an ecosystem and fostering cultural alignment.

He started the session by addressing all the participants by leaders, dreamers and doers and asking them what are the expectations that they will take back from this. He dove in to the topic by discovering the 3P’s that are Purpose, Passion, and Perseverance.

He dwelled into 5C’s that every human should have:

1. Character
2. Competence
3. Communication
4. Commitment
5. Collaboration

He then ended the session by giving the eleven skills that world needs desperately and answering a few questions from the participants.

Post the session, Ms Seema announced about the upcoming offline event at T-hub, Hyderabad and the Immersion Program that will offer a unique opportunity for you to learn about the culture, history, and business practices of Dubai, while also gaining practical skills and knowledge through real-world experiences., where learners can take part in this immersion program.

Over all the session went well with more than 350 participants who are attending for the entire session.
