Report on Science of Sales
Dear Learners of JAIN Online, with this session we are able to crack the code of sales mindset and improve our psyche towards it.
"Sales is a game of mindset, not just techniques."
The session commenced by playing the after-movie of Nidhi Vadhera, then Ms Seema Vikas Gadiya took forward the session by giving a warm welcome to all the participants and also introduced the guest speaker for the evening Mr Gopal Gera.
Gopal Gera is a sales maximizer and a success coach. He has strong entrepreneurial ability in translating vision into execution and he is always ready to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. He offers a hallmark career in Sales & Distribution Management, Strategy, Development and Training. He is passionate about grooming talent and helping them surpass their perceived limitations.
In this session, he discussed important topics like:
1. Mastering Sales Mindset,
2. Understanding the Real Meaning of Sales,
3. Difference between a Salesman and a Sales Professional,
4. Changing your beliefs to Change your Results,
5. Playing to Win V/s Playing Not to Lose.
In the end of his lecture he has taken few questions from participants and answered them all in a simple way where learners can understand and upskill their career.
Post the session, Ms Seema announced about the Blog Contest, where learners can take part in this talent contest. She has briefed about the theme of the contest is "New Year, New Habits" and encouraged all participants to submit an original blog post on their choice of topic.
Over all the session went well with more than 250 participants who are attending for the entire session.
