Report on CTC to ITC

Dear Learners of JAIN Online, with this session we are able to clear the conundrum of how employees can be an Investment instead of cost to the company.

“Are you ready to discover the techniques to transforming from a CTC to an ITC?”

The session commenced by showing the pictures of our recent offline T-Hub session with Dr Chandra Sekhar. Then Ms Seema Vikas Gadiya took forward the session by giving a warm welcome to all the participants and also introduced the guest speaker for the evening Mr Chinmay Ananda.

Chinmay Ananda is a Financial Educator, Business Storyteller, International Speaker and an Author. Since 2014, he has trained and consulted over 7,000 business owners and over 12,000 students in Australia, India, China and Indonesia. He has developed finance programs that are taught to MBA students in Australia, the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Ducere Global School of Business and Insight Academy of Entrepreneurship.

His training programs are accredited by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA), Australia.

He started the session by stating that there is an invisible gap between employer and employee and how to effectively reduce that by building trust among us. Then he gave 5 tips on how to be an ITC instead of CTC:

1. Impress before express
2. Play above the line
3. Keep it simple & specific (KISS)
4. Jack of many, master a few
5. Give more than expected – be a volunteer

In this session, he discussed the following:

1. How to get a job without applying for it?
2. Interviewing the interviewer
3. Skills to future-proof their career.

In the end of his lecture he has taken few questions from participants and answered them all in a simple way where learners can understand and upskill their career.

Post the session, Ms Seema announced about the upcoming Dubai Immersion Program and Delhi session, where learners can take part in this immersion program.

Over all the session went well with more than 330 participants who are attending for the entire session.
