Report on Connect, Network & Grow

Our session Connect, Network & Grow with the core members of the Engage Team - Seema & Raghav, was a great success. 

The session commenced by playing the after-movie of Kishore BS & MBA Chaiwala. The speakers for the session were Ms Seema Vikas Gadiya & Mr Raghav Pissay.

Ms Seema addressed all the participants and created an energetic vibe among them. She started the session with the vital point that “Network is our Net worth”. She shared her life experiences of how her network with people turned her from a regular homemaker to a corporate head who is the face of many companies.

She also explained how to use our social media handles as productive tools to increase our connections & network; “Vibe attracts Tribe”. She also shared some tips on how to upload content on our social media (LinkedIn, FB, and Instagram) so that we can boost our profiles organically.

She talked about making an impactful Elevator Pitch and how people will connect you with this simple trick. Then she handed over the stage to Mr Raghav Pissay.

Raghav Pissay spoke about the importance and impact of Networking in physical spaces. He shared his experiences on how his physical network helped him in some situations, thus enabling him to conduct a Mega Cyclothon Event with more than 7,000 participants and win the two most prestigious awards, “Asia Book of Records & India Book of Records”.

He also announced the “Student Ambassador Club” (Involve, Collaborate & Engage – ICE). He welcomed all the participants to participate in this fantastic networking initiative.

Ms Seema announced another big event by Engage – JAIN Online for the first time outside the home state (Bangalore). Insights of Dalal Street is a specially designed exposure masterclass which will take place right at the epicentre of business; National Stock Exchange, Mumbai, where industry experts will be present to take on a walkthrough with the fundamentals of the Stock Market and help understand the door to possibilities. It will be followed by a networking session with hi-tea, where you can interact and build your network and connections for the future!

She also asked the participants to register for the event and join us for this super fun session. Overall it was a very interactive session with close to 250 participants.
