Dear Learners of JAIN Online, we are very excited to inform you that our second offline event was a grand success. This time we had a wonderful opportunity to meet “Mr Ramani Iyer”, an amazing personality in the business field & entrepreneurship. We also had the stunning musical band of Bangalore “Bikas Sunar & his collective”.

The session commenced with Mr Ujjwal Mukhiya interacting with all the participants and making them do some fun activities to cheer them up. Post the activities, our dynamic person of JAIN Online, Mr Raghav, took over the stage to make some exciting announcements to all the learners about the upcoming events (Teachers Day, Trekking, International Trip, Career Conclave and many more) on ENGAGE Platform. After which, the session was taken forward by Ms Seema who introduced our Guest of Honor for the Event, Mr Ramani Iyer.

Mr Ramani Iyer is the Co-founder of Justdial Ltd. and has three decades of experience in the field of business development. An Angel Investor and Mentor his ventures span a diverse range of fields. While Ramani Iyer was on the stage and started his speech, all the participants were taken back in time and experienced his real-life situations. He shared how he created his empire and went on some different career roles while making JustDial.com happen in India when there were no technological amenities.                                                                                                                                  

Success Mantra for the learners, “All the situations were created to withstand and test our abilities, skills & attitude, come through it and taste the fruit of the outcome”.

Now here comes the entertaining part of the event, Bikas Sunar & his collective gave their stunning musical performance. He also sang some trending songs at the participant’s request. Participants also sang along with the band to show their energy & enthusiasm.

Post which, Mr Ramani was felicitated with the memento of JAIN Online; participants also had a photo session with our chief guest. Participants had Hi-Tea, snacks & networking with the other learners and faculty members.

There were a few participants who had travelled all the way from places like Coimbatore and Chennai. All the participants got a chance to meet and network with their fellow learners.

There was also a feedback session where the learners were requested to share their feedback on Engage Platform in general and about the event in particular. The overall feedback was extremely positive with learners requesting the Engage team to organize more such events in the near future.

There was also a referral campaign at the end of the event, there were more than 100 registrations from the learners of JAIN Online. In the end, all the participants were issued free passes to the Artist Connect Dance Music Festival 2022.

Overall, the entire event was a great hit with all the interaction, networking and disussions among the houseful of participants.
