One day with a great teacher is better than a thousand days of diligent study.”

JAIN Online celebrated Teachers’ Day 2022 in the form of a virtual get-together.

The session was commenced by playing JAIN Online Video and was taken forward by Ms Seema who took the stage and created an environment of high energy and enthusiasm among all the learners. She wished all the teachers “Happy Teacher’s Day”, and introduced our Deputy Director of Academics - “Dr Dhimant Ganatra”.

Dr Dhimant thanked all the learners for joining in on a Monday evening. He also appreciated all the faculty members and said that they worked as a team and made JAIN Online an amazing reality. He also conducted a small quiz for the learners by asking them to take a quick guess for the count of faculty at JAIN Online, Namrutha won the quiz by giving a close number of 192 (182 - Actual faculty members). He also asked all the participants to give feedback for all the sessions conducted so that we get to know our audience even better and give them our best for all the upcoming sessions.

The session moved forward with Ms Seema thanking Dr Dhimant Ganatra for taking time out of his busy schedule and inspiring all the learners with his practical advice. She then proceeded to invite the alumni of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) Mr Ruthuparna Sharma and Mr Raghav Pissay to extend their gratitude towards their university on this very special day.

Mr Ruthuparna shared his experiences with his teachers who inspired him to turn his life around and helped him to become what he is today. Mr Raghav also gave an amazing talk to all the learners of JAIN Online and gave some life hacks on how to improve a career in different fields. He also highlighted how he was very confused about his career and how the teachers and the entire team at JAIN helped him to live his passion.

The session then moved forward to the most awaited and entertaining part where the learners showcased their talent to extend gratitude towards their teachers, faculty members and other academic team.

• 1. Soniya Ayyappa sang fantastic songs.
• 2. Dhruv gave an electrifying dance performance.
• 3. Dhiren and Sibananda wrote some amazing poems (Shayari).
• 4. Sweety Mehta gave a small vote of thanks to express gratitude on behalf of all the learners of JAIN Online.

All the learners thanked ENGAGE Team of JAIN Online for conducting these events.

Last but not the least, “EMCEE Sanjay” arrived on the stage and took the attention of all the participants with his interactive fun activities. He conducted multiple fun and entertaining activities for all the learners. He also declared winners after every activity. The list of winners is as follows:

• 1. Dancing Round – Kajal Kumari and Pallavi
• 2. Singing Round – Sandip, Sweety Maskara, Sibananda
• 3. Movie Identification Round – Vivek, Prajwal Kini, Nida Arshi

He also ended his part by requesting all the participants to turn on their video and show flashlights to the camera. He virtually took pictures with all the learners and thanked them for being such amazing participants.

At the end of the session “Mr Ujjwal Mukhiya” - The Santa Claus of JAIN Online (always giver to all the learners) introduced the ‘Student Ambassador Program’ and shared a glimpse of the benefits to be reaped while also helping the society to upgrade and upskill.

Ms Seema also opened the floor for questions and she answered many queries that the participants had. She also informed them they can reach out to the entire team over email if they have any further queries.

Overall it was a fun-filled session with close to 300 participants present for the entire session.
