Stress Eating Hacks by Rahul Kamra –Wednesday Wellness

Every Wednesday one wellness session keeps your stress away. This Wednesday we had an amazing session with “Rahul Kamra”.

 

Rahul Kamra is a Nutrition and Health Coach and Founder of KETORETS. He works actively towards spreading awareness about a healthy lifestyle with a focus on mindful eating, body positivity, an empathetic approach and detailed understanding to enable easy access to a sustainable lifestyle.

 

Stress Eating Hacks, was a very interactive and engaging session, where he discussed what causes stress and how to make healthy food choices and lead healthy lives. In our Regular Series of “Wednesday Wellness,” we bring industry experts and mentors from the wellness and mindfulness industry with years of Experience in Guiding students and faculty for a better life and health.

 

The session commenced with our all-time favourite mentor Ms Seema introducing our speaker of the day “Rahul Kamra” and engaging with all the learners by presenting the showreels of the previous event and taking feedback for the same.

After which the session was handed over to Rahul Kamra, who created a good impression about himself and described how simple hacks can help to have a better life without any anxiety or stress-related issues. He has also taken many questions from the participants and gave them some hacks to avoid stress from their journey in life. 

 

Before the closure of the event, Ms Seema gave a gest about all the amazing upcoming events like Cyclothon and Trekking for August month. One of the participants played his all-time favourite tune and closed the event. Overall it was a very engaging, interactive and wonderful session.
