Report on ‘Sell or Get Sold’ | Nidhi Vadhera

Sales is the most important part of any business whether it’s a Product or Service based industry. All the products & services are obsolete without customers buying it. Therefore, needless to say, sales is one of the most prominent jobs in the business field.

The session commenced with the JAIN Online video being played. After this, Ms Seema took the session forward by giving an update about the previous sessions. We also had the after movie of the session ‘EARN while you LEARN’ by Tushar Thapar.

She then moved forward with an amazing introduction about the guest speaker and she also created enthusiasm among the participants.

Ms Nidhi Vadhera is a celebrated YouTuber with over 130 book reviews and over 18,000 engaged subscribers. She is India’s first woman author on sales, she authored the book - ‘Romancing Targets’. She has also been featured on RED FM, Business Standard, Daily Hunt, Provoke Lifestyle, and multiple digital platforms for her contributions to sales. She is a Winner of Division level Championship ‘International speech contest 2017’ Toastmasters International and 1st runner up District Level Championship 2017.

Ms Nidhi Vadhera gave a warm welcome to all the participants in the session. She gave a glimpse of sales by presenting the ‘Sales Cycle’. She also spoke about how to Connect & Communicate with people via WhatsApp, Telephone, and Email; that being the main foundation of sales. She showed growth part in the sales field over the past decades.

She explained the principles behind her success:

She gave some ground rules to sell like a Champ:

Post which, Ms Seema gave the vote of thanks to our Guest Speaker – Ms Nidhi Vadhera and moved on to the next exciting part of the session when she announced the upcoming events like Dance Workshop, Dandiya Nights – Navratri Celebrations, Make-up Masterclass, Trekking and also one of the biggest events till now that’s Mumbai Immersion Program.

She also gave the details about the upcoming events, where and how to register for all the fantastic upcoming events.

Overall the session was very exciting, there were over 300 participants for the entire session.
